Appreciating this early version of a favorite for exemplifying Philippians 1:5-6. P(e)ace

Everybody starts somewhere. To hear this, however, makes me wonder why nobody signed Alliance before they became Take 6. These voices are amazing. Props to Jim Ed Norman, for doing the right thing and signing them up to Warner Bros.!

@johnsonclan2000 are you deaf? You can't hear that exclusive false tenor from Claude? Also if this is their first recording you can tell the tweaking they did for the Album. Which turned out much smoother and warmer. My favorite song of all of their tracks period.

The top voice sounds a bit like Claude. This is ridiculously high and the second time through would have just been evil in that key. It is also unusually stiff for what Take 6 would eventually do. The structure is all there though. Interesting...

No, it's not horrible. I'd consider this a first take of a song they were working on, which is nowhere near as good as the finished product. But, when they redid this song later on, what turned out was absolutely gorgeous:)

@jarbon5 It is not horrible. It is just natural, live, untouched raw voices + talent. This is how all groups sound when they're not in your CD, lol

@johnsonclan2000 i thought the same thing cause this aint sound right

@drongovids im glad they changed it

It's beautiful to hear a Demo recording of something. Take 6 has always been one of my groups that I looked up to as a Child! I WANTED TO BE MARK KIBBLE! His voice. OMG. I never wanted my voice to change!
this is not take 6 or alliance, if you listen close enough you can't hear any of the memebers voices.

@johnsonclan2000 I asked Claude McKnight about it today and he confirmed it is Alliance. Not only that but it was their very first recording.
