i have a x1950xt. Which i know is such an old card, but i seem to get the effects on the suit perfectly fine, when i turn the res down to 800x600 i can play on maximum settings whith the custom map amazonia river..still very laggy, but i still get the effects. Must be due to the newer cards

This was an issue with older drivers, 9.9 and above have corrected the issue.

It *seems* that Windows 7 and WHQL drivers for it solve this issue. Game starts out fine, but then it goes like this. Odd.
