Nice lift man!

Yeah My 315 video was a very old video, that was done back in like march 2008. This was done a year later.
-
it also seems to be easier on the shoulders for most people as well.
-
When you arch your back you allow more of the load to be distributed to your chest
-
yeah I have come a long way, I can hit 320 with a flat back, and my max for a while was 315 arched.

nice!!!!!!!!! on your last vid you were like " next time im going for 320 " and look at this lol :p

nice shitty form dipshit, people arch for one reason, to shorten the distance between the chest & & back up to arms locked out, its used time & time again for cheatting pussys!

Go to any powerlifting competition and you see will see it is not cheating, I've arched in every competition I have competed in and my lifts always pass, there are powerlifters who arch way more then I do whose lifts also pass. Only person who believes it is cheating is you my friend, and also the opinions of random internet users whose opinions don't matter because they are not actual powerlifting judges. Powerlifting is lifting the most weight possible, not doing it the hardest way possible.

Since you seem to be an arch hater though, I have also lifted a good amount of weight with my back flat on the bench, I have inclined 315, hit 275 x 9 on flat, and 290 x 6, hit 315 with a camber bar, dumbbell pressed 140 dumbbells for 2 reps, inclined 120s for 5 reps, maybe you should check those lifts out instead, and stay clear of my videos where I arch. But fact of the matter is I simply take advantage of the rules, if the rules didn't allow the use arching then I wouldn't use it.
