That is so cute! People seemed to be more creative with making toys years ago. What happened?

@bazlbrush How could it do that? It just uses a tape, they wouldn't design it to call you things like that.

@happy7117 They won't do anything without batteries, the manufactures usually don't include batteries with these kinds of devices for some reason.

@electronic4evr I know what Cricket is now, but I didn't know what it was at the time. I'm not one bit interested in Cricket, I think Teddy Ruxpin and TJ Bearytales are enough for now, but at least I now know what Cricket is.

@Lachlant1984 Hey, cricket is a story telling doll that used cassettes, like teddy ruxpin and dozzzy. You should be able to find videos of her on youtube.
