@AnDr3wSchlosser - thanks for your input, but the city never tells us not to park on this street during winter. In fact they never tells us not to park on this street, even after a snow, because it's not a snow route. There are entire neighborhoods designated no-parking after a snow, but this neighborhood is not one of them. We leave it up to the kindness of the residents to do the courteous thing, but as you can see, that hope is lost on these residents.

I'm a plow driver and wish we could just hit the cars parked in the road in the winter because the plow driver has limited viability un like the little vehicles everyone drives.

in my town some college kid didn't get the message that you don't park on the street in the winter, plow driver snowed his car in.

way better learning experience than a $20 ticket.

idk about the rest of you but i live in a city where the only place for me to park is on the street. Sorry there arent any public parking lots near my house. So unless they want me to park in my yard theres nothing much i can do.
