Here's the premiere episode that started the world-wide phenomenon "World's Strictest Parents." Now showing in 17 different countries (including the USA, on CMT), this episode was used to sell the concept all over the world because it's generally considered the "gold standard" of the series.

  • @RedMonkeys22 Lol southern america says ''ya'll'' and Alabama is definitly in the heart of the south.

  • These two teens are "worried for the kids"? LOL one being a highschool dropout, cigarette addict at the age of 16 and the other who has obvious anger problems and low self-esteem. Atleast these parent's kids do know that swearing, sex, etc is out there in the real world. They may not be exposed to it at home but they go to school and see what kind of people are out there. As much as these parents can be strict, they've obviously raised their kids much better than these teen's parents.

  • marks voice is awesome

  • I love the "amnesty time" approach ...I appreciate the comments Naomi and Ross shared as well but the swearing is ...well outside of the house rules ...Mark is so rational and remarkably fair ...insightful

  • Its strange, I know the parents are really strict, but I find myself rooting for them.

My inner parent is coming out. If my kids were those two, I'd put on boxing gloves and show them who's boss in the ring.

  • I may not be Christian, nor do I like the complete control the parents may have. But they are genuinely good people, and actually practice what they preach.

  • Aww heather looks so sweet x

  • Hey the youth group I attend has one of those poster's that say's He shall be called cool<3
