Julian Assange, co-founder and spokesperson for WikiLeaks, discusses the 15 thousand unreleased intelligence reports from Afghanistan, efforts to get the WikiLeaks Garani massacre video ready for public release, the warning from Seymour Hersh that government officials were ready to ignore the rule of law to silence him (Assange), indications that the supposedly leaked 260,000 diplomatic cables never made it to WikiLeaks, the secret rendition program from Somalia to Kenya and how Bradley Manning's confinement in Kuwait is essentially rendition.

  • Heroism...It's not about killing people your master's tell you to, it's about questioning the master's in the first place.

  • The great thing about your show Scott, and about what Julian is doing is that you are providing an alternative to the mainstream media. From a free market perspective, this is essential given that they have become basically a propaganda tool of the government. It's a telling statement that true investigative reporting can now only happen when you're not a part of some large corporate media conglomerate. You guys are small, nimble and motivated. They're fat, lazy, and talking heads.

  • A billion Blessings of Peace, Love and Light for all of the Peacemakers worldwide.

We must protect the TRUTH from Wikileaks to understand the futility and destruction of war.

  • power to WikiLeaks all the way

  • These leaks were not new information. Not the few individual pages I read. Even from the anti war/government or the government community themselves say this is nothing new. Didn't they claim 90,000 pages? Can someone shoot the link to all 90,000? Didn't they claim to have 50,000 for the collateral murder video? Don't these papers present Iran in a negative light? Where do I get good information on this shit?
