Kelsey Shelton Smith Briggs was born on the 28th of December 2002 to her mom Raye Dawn Smith and father Lance Briggs. She was killed on the 11th of October 2005, she was a victim of child abuse. This video uses accurate dates and official documents to share her story.

Kathie Briggs denies she took Kelsey to Dr Sullivan to document abuse but why would she take her for a second opinion when clearly she had been correctly diagnosed? -2 bilateral tibia fractures which were casted- What other reason could there have been?
Its not as if she was disputing there was a fracture so why would she need a second opinion!
