Do not under any circumstances take this test. For demonstration purposes only. I decided to undergo the stress test and I got my heart rate well above 160 for the sake of science.

  • well done and extremely well thought out. as a wrestler we learn and expierience this often. when your heart rate is up you cant stand not being able to breath

  • hah

i did the same for 1 min and 34 seconds

ill make a video to prove it !!

    but your good though

    and it is very hard

  • @smirkdancer oooo ... good question! Normally, most people just flap their free arm around ... trying to hit for your eyes. Smart people try too stay close to you and try to apply either a throw ... a sacrifice type of some sort ... or strike you with a foot stomp before using a counter wrist lock ... mainly a san-kyo ... on your smothering hand. But if you maintain the technique by keeping one arm locked up , his body bent back , the smothering hand cutting off his air, it's over!

  • @gaggedup Yeah but both of my students are MIA still. this more or less just demonstrats under very isolated and restricted conditions-- that is with no variables. it tests the isolated variable of heart rate and stress. If the person was to pull the head back and push the hips forwards like I demonstrated in the first vid that does change the response since its harder to recover from an off balance position (balance points). also different people will react entirely different. its a bad pos.
