@genderbenda04 Whatchya talking about? 4.9 is fords 302. 4.2 is holdens 253 and 5.0 is 308.

@02commodore correction 4.9 and thats the 253 in a stock rock 1973 VH SL/E Commodore. we had a white one in the family. shift kitted with the old tri-matic 3 speed. good reliable old car for a holden. the 253 was an aussie V8 though thank god. all these new ls1 series v8s are good but are rubbish compared to the old ones.
