My little brother lost my 36 tooth gears. Could I substitute it with a 40 and an 8 instead of 36 and 12?

@rpgbeast10 I haven't tried if it fits, but if so, it should work. And if it doesn't fit, you change it so it does fit. It's LEGO :)

Question, how high does the bottom of the arm reach? I am involved with VEX and I need to be able to reach 12". This is going to be a robot we practice with + our real robots... Check my channel out to see some real robots.
