Trump has a bad habit of building amazing buildings with all of these features for all of their residents but his designers are forgeting something that is truely important. The units are so small that the you can't be comfortable. Try to imagine a resturant that is amazing but the chairs are hard and uncomfortable. Thats how all of Mr Trumps buildings are designed. Max profits at all cost.

If you look at 20 different comps to compare this apartment to others, the price is really over priced. I love the building and the everything that it offers but there are five other units that are very near by that are better and most of all cheaper.
