My wrists and the tops of my hands started slightly aching after I did the pressing wrist exercises (without jumping), and my wrists popped as I was doing the circular motion. I've been having pain in my thumbs, hands, wrists and forearms for over a month now (I suspect this has something to do with my work, which involves a lot of repetitive hand motion.) Any idea what that might mean? Should I keep doing the exercises or not? Thanks. Good video, btw.

Hi there, Thank you for your comment. Those exercises are meant for wrists that are not injured at the time when you do the exercise. They are for strengthening the wrists. Now if your wrists are very weak or injured, I suggest you first consult a good Chiropractor and get them "ok". After that, you can get the wrists stronger by doing those exercises. Start slowly and build up. Not too much in the beginning. Does that make sense? Be well! Sylvia
