I can understand her pain, losing rights to your children must be horrible and I think she did try to turn things around in her life but like the judge said...she was too late.

I don't know why, I don't really like Anne Hecht but I have to admit, she played one helluva role here as a selfish, dysfunctional mother.
Kirsten Bell really shined here too.
A slice of hard-rain reality here, Gracie sure was one helluva stand-up young lady that knows what family means.
