2011 Yankee Stadium

The ALS Association was presented with a check by the Yankees at Yankee stadium on July 9, 2011. The Yankees also honors ALS patient Adrian Dessi before the game and let Mr. Dessi throw out the first pitch. That same day, Derek Jeter achieved his record of 3,000 hits.
