Is Rick Perry Drunk? Is Rick Perry High? The Strangest Speech Given by a Presidential Candidate.

Presidential Candidate Rick Perry delivers a speech that at least makes him seem unprepared and at worst makes Rick Perry seem drunk. From that glazed over look in his eyes to pontificating like a drunkard on a street corner, Rick Perry may have just gotten himself into a world of trouble with "Drunken" or "Impaired" state of mind and it raises questions as to whether Rick Perry is up to doing the job as commander in Chief. He's not drunk he's just trying to act funny and he has a strange sense of humor. Perhaps he is not well adjusted. What he's saying makes sense it's how we portrays it that is strange. I actually find him least offensive of all the GOP candidates, even though the chances of a GOP candidate getting into office are near zero. He does seem like he's going to pull a gun out of his pocket though lol.

@ShogaNinja It's possible I suppose. If he were to become President can you imagine him being "funny" while negotiating with the Premiere of China? Yeah, I can see that working out very very very badly. Don't forget, I'm working on part 2 of this video that really REALLY makes him seem drunk. Even CNN speculated if he wasn't under the influence of Marijuana or some other substance.

@2fat2fail LOL, what wouldve made it better is if Perry shouted 'WE'RE GOING STREAKING!!!!!!!' and ran naked out of the auditorium as people watched in horror. Couldnt be too much worse at this point!

Because I'm not stupid. If you read above you can clearly see that it doesn't matter anyway. Rick Perry has made a fortune off of backhanded dealings in the form of legal bribes given to him through real estate purchases. He would buy a property and sell it for many times more shortly thereafter where the market would not indicate such and increase. When they tracked down the buyers it always led to corporations who he then helped out with his position of power. The dude is a rat.
