Export OPML from iTunes and import to Podcaster app

Instruction on how to export your podcasts subscriptions from iTunes in OPML format. I am unsure if I am doing something wrong. I followed the directions, I get the file, but in comparison my file seems empty. Have there been some changes that are stopping the latest version?

Podcaster manages and updates/downloads the feeds independent of the ipod app.

Between Apples Air-Play and an apple TV and this app... I don't sync podcasts to my iDevices any more. Love It.

Excellent! I bought the app, then freaked out when it did not auto-import. Calmed down, read the notes in the app store, followed this link, and I am a happy camper!
