  • He'd want to strenghten that left knee or his cruciate ligament won't last long!

  • @GrandGuy555

its supposed to be 55 - 45 on ur right foot if ur playing a conventional swing

stack n tilt is is more like 60 - 70 % with that increasing as the swing begins

  • @johnc12344321 looks like it to me

  • stack tilt?

  • shit, no wonder why he plays for stanford. great swing.

  • shouldn't you have about 70-90% of your weight on your left foot (for righties) at impact? Hunter Mahan's Coach said he was to 50-50 at impact and wanted more weight on his front foot.

  • No way, look at all the other Stanford players. If you can stop the video at the right time, you can see both feet planted at strike, That's evidence of great balance which results in awesome leverage capabilities!!

  • Artificial finish? Look where his sternum is pointing in his followthrough. No way he could get there without letting his right hip release, so the foot has no choice but to follow. Stack and tilt is just a style, not some strange new invention. Some players brace a little more against the left, some brace more against the right. All good players use these mechanics for a proper knockdown shot. Sweet swing!

  • It's a nice swing but I want you all to pay attention to something. When his right foot lifts off the ground after his swing, it's an artificial lift. It happens way after the swing has basically finished. That leads me to believe that he may be stack and tilt, with an artificial finish with the foot since the weight has already been maintained on the front foot. Incorrect?
