I had a frozen shoulder and here are a couple of exercises that my physiotherapist gave me that really worked.

  • Well, the best advice is to scale back; less reps and a little less power/force. You need to balance the need to build some strength and flexibility with a sensible pain relief regime. Slow and steady is the message.

  • i was diagnosed of a frozen shoulder, 1 week now for the 3 sessions of physical therapy in a week.

  • Only go as far as you can, with limited pain. Sometimes you have to work through some pain though. Sorry. I know I've been there!

  • Question: What if it hurts a lot? Are you supposed to keep doing the exercises?
