This big creature is a dragon. You can see it in "La Tanière du dragon" (Dragon's lair) under "Le château de la Belle au bois dormant" (Sleeping Beauty's Castle). That's a walkthrough and you can access it through a staircase in the castle, and through the Merlin l'enchanteur shop (inside the castle too), but the main entrance of the cavern is the little bridge next to the castle's hill (with the square trees).
