I have a whole bunch of new songs in the ether, ready to make their way out to YOU. I want you to be a part of creating the next record, from demoing the songs, to choosing which ones are selected for the record. I want to share the whole experience with you and bring you on board for the demoing process that occurs before we hit the final studio. We will make an exclusive release available ONLY to KICKSTARTER funders of this material.
Our proposal: KD will write & record 10 songs in the next 10 weeks (yes, that's a song a week!).
What do we need to make this happen? Time & money.

I'm excited to be able to start a more meaningful narrative with each other and further merge the roles of artist, fan, a&r, and producer. We get to be a little bit of it ALL, together.

This year has already been filled with some amazing shows & accomplishments: Our band debut at the historic New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival (to some glowing reviews), I showcased at Sundance Film Festival, Austin's South by Southwest, released a wonderful music video for "Gypsy Queen" from the Extended Play record, and composed the music to the international Jeep Grand Cherokee "WE BUILD" commercial, among others.
I've been "paying my dues" as they say, for a while now, and I feel better prepared than ever to take the next step forward with my music. I'm more excited to finish writing & tracking these new songs than I've ever been in my life. This "next step" involves you and I would love for you to join me in taking these next strides forward.
