5:00 OK, did they just not have the mechanics worked out when the first two episodes were written? Because before this, he DEFINITELY didn't need to use existing letters (one of his most distinctive traits), even outside the computer. Didn't notice that today; I haven't seen this in... probably at least a decade.
Y'know, one of them should've thought to keep a set of Scrabble tiles on them. Or just a sheet of paper with 9 As, 2 Bs, 2 Cs, 4 Ds, etc. written on it.
