"Last Thoughts on Woody Guthrie" is a poem written by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan, and recited live during his April 12, 1963 performance at New York City's Town Hall.[1] It was released in 1991 on The Bootleg Series Volumes 1-3 (Rare & Unreleased) 1961-1991 after circulating on bootleg releases for years, even appearing on the ten-LP box set Ten of Swords in 1985.

I listened to this well smoking the last cigarette before bed well the chills hit me a shooting star shot across the sky and every worry I had from the day and my life died for the first time I closed my eyes with a smile

People on youtube can be too pretentious. All the brilliant complainers, if you really hate the images so much, you can minimize the window or look away from the screen.

It doesn't take much to see where real substance lies. One should never accept mediocrity. The culture that embraced Bob Dylan would be the same to shun most modern day mainstream, no matter what time period.

If you really think about it during Dylan's time there were people thinking just like you. People who thought Dylan was untalented, annoying and what not. Just accept the culture because there is nothing that can be done anyway.

Words are lacking when I try to describe how important this art has been for me. Thank you bob Dylan.
