Urban Digital Camouflage Review (Mid Spring-Evening)

Just to show you how Urban Camouflage looks this time of year. I just used the hat, because I find it is too hard to set up a BDU in the propper position.

It is a great camouflage. I can get a full set (hat, top, bottom) For around $90.

To evaluate ACU you have to place it at 100-500 meters in open field desert and Urban. In open field at 300 meters it grays out and almost seems to disapear, same with desert. as far as woodland you have to be either in shadow or behind brush for it to start working. ACU works best at 300 yards and out.

Other camo like Marpat Multicam and so forth appear as a green dot when looked at from far.

What the eye sees at 100 is not what it sees at 300-500

lol dude it's made to match streets.

ACU is far better choice for Urban use. Make another tape and place it at 50 100 and 150 yards in the street and sidewalk. Goodluck

Good idea. Anyway, I was aware that it was made to match streets, but I've airsofted with alot of people who don't just use Urban Digital on the streets. I will be doing my ACU review shortly :)

Urban BDU looks better, IMO. Although they never really did release urban BDU, I have an imitation Urban BDU from a store. It's basically dark grey, black and mild dark grey. The pants were made by Faded Glory or something like that. I have mostly and ONLY BDU.

@1lostinspace I actually disagree I have both pairs. And I prefer the Urban digi because it has a darker scheme...that is atleast mine does because its made by TRU.

IMO you should do the full dress and get someone to tape you walking at a tactical pace, and when prone. that would make for a LOVELY demonstration
