I want to know how no charges have been filed? If someone is in possession of a deceased missing animal, that can imply the person had some connection to the animal. Why wasn't this chick at least charged with stealing Rigby?

I had a friend that used to make jewelry from the bones of roadkill. He didn't look like a pseudo-goth. My friends and I all thought it was gross but whatever... If we had found out he was doing weird stuff to dead dogs & cats we would've thought something was wrong with him. What does one get out of messing with someone's deceased pet? It's gross & is an indication of mental problems.
