  • im new to planes are these hard to fly?

  • They're easier to fly than build! Aileron controlled planes arent the best for a first plane as they're less stable than a rudder controlled plane. Check out the ParkZone micro planes, they're perfect!

  • where could i get one?

  • Sparc has a website that you can order one from. the electronics for it were bought at a few differant places.

  • Nice plane. I'm about to put an N20 ulv into a stick-n-tissue model, but I'm thinking I'll have about 40 grams all-up. Maybe I'll end up shaving the tail, cutting holes to lighten the plane. I'm going to use 220 mah. Your looks like it has plenty of power; do you know if you get more than 20g of thrust out of it?

  • the stock motor in this plane was amp-hungry and would kill a 130mah in a few minutes, even with differant props. it was an N20 of some resistance.

for your S&T model i would suggest a 4:1 gearbox with a 7mm coreless blue/purple motor. you can get nearly 30 grams of thrust for only .88 amps with a 5x3 GWS prop. its lighter than an N20, has a much lower amp draw, and puts out more thrust.

  • if you are a biggenner go buy a hobbzone mini super cub i got mine 3 days ago and i can fly it great! subscribe and il post a vid! :)

  • okay cool thanks

  • thanks.

the plane was 20 dollars, JMP RX/ESC was 75, 130mah lipo battery 10, 1 gram actuator for ailerons 15 dollars, .6 gram actuator for elevator 15, replacement motor 3 bucks, 15 for the charger, and 45 bucks for the transmitter.

so around $200, roughly. fortunately, i dont charge myself for labor to install everything. this has all powered at least 20 differant planes though, over nearly 3 years.

  • very ineteresting, how much did you pay for it,
