@Ayisiens There may be some truth to what you say. It's amazing that the Hatian revolution was the second successful revolution in the Western Hemisphere (second only to the American Revolution) but we don't hear anything about it. Why? I feel that it's because this particular revolution instills fear in many whites. What white person wants to read history books that tell a story of a bunch of blacks that slaughtered whites in the hopes of gaining their freedom. They don't want to read it.
