@PersonguydudeWB excludes the nuance and reality in pictures of alot of Ethnic groups currently. Yet, our children (meaning those groups) are consuming the films like anyone else, abstracting reference for self from it to a degree. It's unfair and needs to include more--but how about those groups get in there and knaw at the system with grit, organization and purpose. Re-structuring is required for much, and is also possible.

@PersonguydudeWB the minority the particular scholarship invites, or ethnic group--who may need help it is unfair and may be an institutionalized racism in it's side effect. But these systems are in no way perfect through and through and may need amendments to extend the possibility. However whose aim is that grunt work? Amendment? For instance, Hollywood (different example)...

The scholarships that are erected by institutions to increase enrollment of minorities is part of a larger order they're adhering to that started out in the same place, but partially to encourage more enrollment from these groups eventually, much like a business plan. But yes, in it's exclusion of a child who is not

For those who start out in economics that may not frame college as possible they will not go. These things are an attempt to stop the decrease in enrollment and hope.
