[Instructions en francais ci-dessous] Ingredients: 5 red (hot) or green (medium) seeded chilis, 4 large cloves garlic, 1 T grated ginger, optional: 1 T piri-piri peppers (hot), 1 1/2 t salt, 1 t oil, 1 T vinegar.
Blend all ingredients to form a smooth paste. Serve as a condiment.
