"Koutekishu" means "Rival" in Japanese. That's where that comes from.

Nevermind! Found it! Correct a few things- Her name is Oomori. The song is Itoshiki Rival (or Raibaru if you translate Rival to Japanese). The album is We Live in Lonely Freedom by Silk. Thanks to PurpleKnightSaber- it's on that channel. I have no idea where anyone is getting Koutekishu from at the moment as it doesn't appear in the orginal title, at least on what I have found.

Which album has this version of this song? I have been looking and haven't come up with it yet. I have all 8 of the original OVA soundtracks and it isn't on any of them. Is it from one of the vocal collections? Or one of Oomori's other albums? Thank you to anyone who has an answer.
