Angry at the unreasonableness of T-Mobile, which for some unknown reason insists on putting me through the inconvenience of not being able to receive telephone calls through my cell phone while I am working.
I say "unknown reason" because I am willing to pay for the remaining months of my contract, plus any administrative cost I may incur for putting them through the inconvenience of making the present contract null.
WHY would they refuse to release my phone number so I can get another provider whose signal does reach inside the building where I work?
It makes no sense to me. Is it just corporate pigheadedness?
