South Australia's government will go to the High Court to test its anti-biker/anti-association laws, which have been partly brought down by Finks bikers.
The SA government on Friday was granted permission by the High Court to challenge a court decision which ruled parts of the controversial laws were invalid.
The Full Court of the SA Supreme Court ruled last September that parts of the laws, initially aimed at dismantling outlaw motorcycle clubs, were invalid.
