A little Valentine's song. Kind of.

I was going to add violin or EBow, but I don't have much time. Keeping it simple means it'll actually reach my user page, rather than something fancy that is unlikely to ever get finished.

I mixed David Crowder's version of the song with the way Kim Walker did her cover for the octave jumps to create my own version.

I will only do covers on YouTube, since I was disappointed that copies of my music were being sold for profit on other sites. An album will someday exist...someday. Right now there are even more important tasks to care for. (Like my toddler, who can be heard running and playing in the background of this recording.)

PS There are some who have misread the above. To clarify: This is not an ironic issue of "protesting copyright violation by covering other people's songs." Please, cover my songs if you wish, as I gladly cover others whose words I love. Please, watch them for free. They are free! If you've purchased them, someone is stealing your money, I actually send my .mp3s for free, just message me at ningyoko@gmail.com and be patient.

  • The Seasons of our lives will come! They can't be stopped. Iv had about five season in my 53 years. 16 to 18 a season changed , 18 to 29 a season changed, 29 to 34 a season changed, 34 to 45 a season changed, and so on and so on. Do you understand? The Time of these seasons will differ in different people. So I've watched you change a season through YouTube!

  • @reedsjsa I get it! And it's true! I'm very different, hopefully not too much more sober though ^_^

  • Its good to hear you covering Christian songs. This is hands down one of my favorite songs to sing when I'm alone. I gave my life to Jesus Christ in the years that you've been gone so I can't tell you how excited I am to hear you doing some Christian music! You have my prayers and encouragement! Let me know if I can pray for anything in particular.

  • @Scazarith That is amazing, and awesome, but that is our God <3 Thanks for the encouragement and yes, I def. need someone to pray: for inspiration, to write music that will properly glorify Him and to have fun with it....and not go insane with a ridiculous schedule (exhaustion sets in now and then)

  • @Yeshuasgirl1

I don't remember exactly, someone may sold her music. She could tell it.

  • @Yeshuasgirl1 --sorry I never reply, not on much, but I just saw this comment--a group online was (and does) If you do a search for "ningyoko" a bunch of sites selling ringtones & videos pop up--it's just the way it is. Giving away is cool with me, at least I'd hope someone who really likes it would buy it when the cd gets printed/upon iTunes, but selling it is just sad. Oh well, To God be the glory :)

  • @deryler Who and how did someone make a profit off of her art? Can you sure with me the story please? If its not too much to ask. Thanks

  • @TheEntertainers ME TOO! I used to watch her vids while I was still stripping and NOW I am a believer...since Dec. 2008....crazy, just a few nights ago....the Holy Spirit popped her "lakes of canada' vid into my mind..so I came here to find her, and turns out she had some christian music up....interesting indeed! So awesome how He works...I pray the Holy Spirit gives you an abundance of divinely inspired songs to add to your collection! God bless you girl!

  • By the way, Beautiful Things by Gunger is a great song.

  • Love your voice, love this song. Welcome back!

  • It is just astonishing to feel the elegance, power, and depth of feeling in your emotion. Your plaintive outpouring takes my breath away.

  • @reedsjsa

Culture shock is a hell of a thing, especially for someone as young as you were. I'll be watching. To thine on self be true. Find your self,,, sober and at peace..

    I'm a friend of Bill W
