Jean Désiré Gustave Courbet (10 June 1819 31 December 1877) was a French painter who led the Realist movement in 19th-century French painting.

With right! But Cezanne was also as great as Courbet and was out of his nature very, very shy.
Courbet is really a unique genius like some others, beginning with Dürer, da Vinci, Rembrandt and ending with van Gogh, Gauguin, Cezanne, Matisse, Braque and Picasso.

important for them, they don`t want to have much ambition, and the frustation is worst, for the public, is not possible to cont with them. Poor and

I think many great artists are thinking this way.
They aren`t modest at all,that is normal in my opinion.
