インドのパン。ナンの生地を薄く大きく広げて、そこにバターを塗り、小麦粉を振ってから、プリーツをつくり細長く折りたたんだ生地を、更に渦巻き状にして円形に整えます。­その生地をそのまま薄くのばしてタンドールで焼いたパンです。このパンはタンドール(オーブン)でしか作れません。
