That small elephant died at 15. Elephants live close to 90 years, The bigger one is at another zoo now and humans can't get near it. As you see the decorate stick the man has that they RECONZIZE, that tell me they are all to familar with a BULL HOOK.

so sad, I just can't understand why humans think that they're better than animals. people that do this should be locked, maltreated with cruelty and exposed to a lot of people.
poor animals, they don't deserve this

@CV2200A The animals that you were clapping for in this video are beaten with a metal rod with hooks, these are called bullhooks. That elephant was forced away from its mother while it was still being nursed then it was chained by all four legs for 4 to 6 months with barely any food. Afterwards it was beaten with bullhooks and electrocuted til it performs all these painful tricks. That elephant spends about 60-100 hours chained up and with no water for travel! Hope you have fun at the circus! =/

@sfcaustralia They train them from cubs. Then they remove their claws and canine teeth and put muzzles on them so the bears have no way of fighting back. Eventually the animals become so demoralised and brainwashed that they just do as they are ordered.

@dumbo143i Dumbo you are well named!!! ALL animals that perform bloody tricks for the dumb "people" that go and see them are beaten and worse. They cannot learn a trick unless they are forced to do it, why the fuck do you think they have whips and prods Dumbo! I'm pleased we in the UK do not have these sickening sights to contend with. The USA wants to get their finger out of there arse and get this kind of thing stopped. Obviously China is the worst place for any creature to live!!!!!

It looks like a sad, pathetic circus, just like all of them do that use nonhuman animals for "entertainment". They probably have good human performers, and might have a great circus if they weren't too greedy, lazy or stupid to give up the animal acts, which only teach children that it's ok to abuse wildlife for cheap entertainment and laughs. I will not rest, stop or give up fighting them until the animal acts are all outlawed. I hope to see it at least in the U.S. in my lifetime.

Perhaps you can explain what they do with the animals that is bad for them. This is one of the reasons The Catskill Game Farm closed, all the new regulations about how the animals are to be cared for were too costly for the number of people that visited. I guess the only alternative is video of the animals in their natural setting or visit a zoo that displays them in a natural and safe setting.
