After careful looking with a few other players we've deduced a way to do this an unlimited number of times. I've decided to make a video showing EVERY chest in the armory, and which room to avoid. I'll make this video ASAP. Until then, good luck, and subscribe to see it ASAP!!!
FAQ:
Q. What's the Secret Armory of General Knoxx?
A. The third Borderlands DLC.
Q. When is this possible to do?
A. Three times. Once after killing General Knoxx in the main story, and after killing General Knoxx during the two Marcus Quests.
Q. Marcus Quests?
A. Beat the main story first.
Q. Which room?
A. The circle one, with railing. Has no chests and lots of computers on the walls. I'll detail that in a chest run video.
Q. I accidently walked in the room! What now!
A. Go into a game with a friend that doesn't have it glitched, and beat it the normal method.

Am I the only one who was disappointed with Mordecai's bloodwing skill?
Without a specific perk upgraded, it only attacks but once.
Rolands turret attacks anything in front of it for as long as it's out.
Far more useful, that turret.
