The reason they are all made to look the same is to show equality. Everyone's painted white, even the white girls.

@PlaguedDarkness this song isn't even that new. There is more to a song then the lyrics even if you won't admit it. It doesn't just talk about girls' bodies and even if it does this song isn't meant to hold the meaning of life. This song is just supposed to be fun and catchy and something people can dance to.
