Chuck Padgett - The Path You Chose

Written and recorded in 1989. Done on the 4 track, this was an attempt to do a psychedelic sounding song, particularly at the end. (I've never done drugs so this is hardly authentic.) The piano is an upright at my parents' house. I mixed it in mono to add to the 60s feel, kind of the Phil Spector "wall of sound" thing although the instrumentation was very sparse. Moderately sloppy performance on drums but it was the first and only take. I've always intended on adding a backwards guitar lead on the bridge.
