It's not that expensive given what the cost of a dermatologist visit cost and the medicines to boot. It is $204 on QVC and they broke it down into five easy payments. Yes, it's expensive, but truly, not compared to the cost of a dermatologist which isn't covered under health insurance as acne is not considered a medical problem, but an aesthetic problem. As for the blue light, I agree with this reviewer...it is dangerous. The first time, I went close to my eye to cover an area that had acne

Your experiment does not distinguish whether the laser or the topical treatment has contributed to the reduction of acne or both in conjunction.
