(It may of also appeared in SSX 3 but I am not sure)

That song is actually called "Garibaldi Intro" It's never been released on anything but the game

I just used the name given to it at Electronic Arts production music site (offline) it's an official EA Trax song now so basically any EA game could use it for free if they wanted to. Spore took some from Tricky and SSX3.
