  • Darn... another 2 hour trip to the Indian store to find that contraption to make this.

    Evey time Chef tastes his cooking it makes me want to try it too. He is getting me addicted to this Indian cooking and I am just a plain boring American. I am confusing my neighbors with these Indian cooking smells coming from my apartment. .

  • i tried this. but i dint like the urad dal flavour. it would have been better without that. we can add some besan flour also ....
