A fun comedy short featuring a young 17 year old Jean Harlow in the second half. Released May 29th 1929, this is a Laurel and Hardy vehicle as two bumbling short notice hotel lobby footmen.

Hope you enjoy it, I did.

  • great film. Thanks for posting. Just got into Laurel and Hardy today.

  • @randomperson1982 Brilliant duo, aren't they? Just got a VHS copy of a 1931 film of theirs. The kids and I watched it and they were laughing, so it's amazing that they can still be amusing 80 years later.

  • TY posting :) Love laurel & hardy and Jean Harlow too!! Wonderful short film!

  • @kimmee88 You are welcome. Glad you enjoyed it.

  • Yes, and in their version (somewhat restored from the original print), Robert Israel composed and conducted a new orchestral score, 'MsSilentsiren'.

  • TCM IS PLAYING THIS ON SUNDAY NIGHT

  • @mnorth1964, this just shows that comedy doesn't have to be filthy to be funny. Don't get me wrong i enjoy some filthy comedy, but this was a nice break from it
