ok the not legal but its your body do what you want with it but in sports make it legel up to a certin level so if eveyone is doing it it a level playing field if your level is to high then your suppened and fined use the 3 strikes rule 3 times you get cought with high levels 3 times your gone no ?s asked bottom line do what you want
