Palacial Megadome: Part 8 The Wind Blows

Blah blah blah.... yay domerificness.

Ohh.... and incase anyone else is going to tell me that the dome doesn't "look" like a dome anymore. ....I don't give a crap. I didn't make a dome because it looks pretty. I made it because its super strong. Its still a dome, its still super strong. People who care so much about looks really haven't learned anything witching these videos.

I've been wondering about this for a while: The MegaDome looks good and strong, but will the ground beneath it hold up? I mean, did you probe it or something, cuz I'd hate something beautiful like this going down... :(

I spent a month piling rocks into the foundation and pounding them with a sledge hammer. It was pretty solid.  ...but like with anything, theres always a chance it'll all fall apart

You know what would be awesome in your dome a spiral stair from the bottom to the top centered in the middle would make it convenient,  and also have the rope thing in the middle of the stair spiral circle ling it lol.

Ya, I'm always on the look out for cool free or almost free stuff. I'll find good uses for whatever I find. :-)

Thats unfortunate to hear about running low. Who knows, maybe you'll find a cheap stash somewhere or some leftover from someone.
