Multiplex 'Rocket' Fox

This is what happens when you strap an Estes C6 Rocket motor to a Multiplex Fox Chuck glider (that has been converted to RC of course!). It helsp if you reinforce the wings somewhat!

The main thing it needs, is a heavily reinforced wing! The balance and trim were checked before the launch (with some test glides and a spent motor). The problem was the wings folding up on the launch due to them being too flexible!

I'm going to attempt Rocket Fox Mk2 this year though :-)

Actually, if you trim and balance this right it seems like it might work. Did you ever get it to launch properly? Not sured I'd go with a verticle launch.
