as being a 48 yr old male. thats one of the 1st honest workout from p90x. people think.. oh.. its easy.. yeah right. classic will kick your ***!! 1st cd.. doubles... not a chance.... lean.. thats the way to go for at leat 2 weeks... as for drinks... get whey protien., or isopure (the very best/and expensive and taste. wait 1 hour after your workout before drinking.. good luck./
