  • i bet DENR is watching these activities as it happens..drunk and well fed.but in the contrary, this looks like planted species, falcata perhaps,it wont make sense increasing the costing for dragging premium logs from deep within the forests into this open area that looks like populated than just floating it into Agusan river where plywood companies can buy it and mill it,which is the normal practice. Not to mention there are at least 30 checkpoints along the river-DENR,army,police,LGU..u name it.

  • Yes it looks like falacata but those logs are second growth (youngs) lawaan timber. Kebager is thrift enough from wasting its precious time on cheapy-cheapy issue. We are inviting you to come and find the veracity of the matter --- to Laminga, San Luis, Agusan del Sur.

  • believe it or not, agusan river used to overflow into barangays causing flood in the 80's when trees are along the river banks and plentiful.now that these trees are gone, its been a while, about 15 years or more..since they saw the last flood.how ironic isnt it?Also, old trees need to be cut down to protect the young ones in order to preserve the forests..this is the concept of selective logging which is also the basis of the permit issued.only that this is not well enforced.money talks..

  • DENR Caraga RED Buyser (Bwisit) who is choice of Butuan Bishop Pueblos and Fr. Lito Clase is supposed to stop illegal logging but it continued until now.

This is because Bishop Pueblos are indebted to Plaza clan who are relatives to Butuan's godfathers of illegal loggers posing as legitimate wood traders like Lolok Tiu, Dario and brother Willy Otaza.

Is there future in RP's fight vs. illagl loggers? Nothing at all ngitngit pas alkitran bec. Pinoy voters who chose politicians are corrupt too.

  • Do you guys know these kind of Logs? it might be planted species like Falcata!? not all loggers are illegal
