When I went to put insurance on my son's new MetroPCS Blackberry phone I had problems getting it done because the dealer did not let me know it had to be purchased at time of the phone purchase

  • @MrJordansalinas Thank you for your comment and I agree that it is definitely better to go to the corporate store. It definitely helps to be calm, cool, collected and patient with customer service. You get better quality service that way. I happen to be a very very patient person.
