    The following is really hard for me to say because i get bullied because of my fat thighs i was just wondering if i do this 5 times a week will i see a differance in 6 weeks time. Because that is when my college starts and i have very fat thighs.

  • I know you would have to add some cardio to lose the overall fat from the body since you can't spot reduce, but whenever I gain weight it goes right to my thighs and my waist is still small, I'm tired of feeling uncomfortable in my jeans and I don't want to buy new ones since my legs and calves are too big for the jeans but it fits my waist perfectly. Is there anyway or like a stay at home exercise to keep the thigh fat under control without gain muscle, because I have muscular legs?
